1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Crash Route Global Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• One Account Policy: Users are strictly prohibited from opening multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and funds may be forfeited.
• Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity (KYC documents) at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

We accept deposits via UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS. You confirm that the funds used for deposit belong to you and are not derived from illegal activities. The minimum deposit amount is ₹500.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹1,200. We aim to process withdrawals within 5 minutes, but bank processing times may vary. Withdrawals may be subject to a wagering requirement of 70% of the deposit amount to prevent money laundering.

4. Betting Rules (AeroFly)

By playing AeroFly or any other games on our platform, you acknowledge that:

1. The outcome of the game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is provably fair.
2. If the internet connection is lost after a bet is placed but before the round ends, the system will attempt to auto-cashout if strictly configured, otherwise, the bet proceeds according to server data.
3. Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a system error or malfunction, all bets and winnings are void.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, AI software, or automated scripts to play.
• Collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches.
• Chargebacks or reversing deposits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crash Route Global Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website. You participate in the games at your own risk. The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Responsible Gambling

We support responsible gambling. If you feel you have a gambling problem, we offer self-exclusion tools. You may request a temporary or permanent ban by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved by the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
